1. Exhibitors must guarantee that their exhibits, wrapping and other publicity materials can not damage the third party’ benefits, which include intellectual property rights(trademark, copyright, design, name, patent right ) and so on. If someone be complained because of damaging the third party’s intellectual property rights during the exhibition, the exhibitor who be complained should bear all the losses.
2. Exhibitors can hand out materials inside the exhibition stands, can not hand out in passage and other public area.
3. All the exhibition stands must be demolished after 4: 00 pm, Dec. 14. Any exhibitor can not demolish ahead of time, in order to maintain the uniform exhibition outlook. Exhibitors must demolish everything except the normal booths. The organizing committee has the right to deal with something left after 4: 00 pm, Dec. 14. and ask the people who left bear correlative charges.
4. Exhibition Center’s staff will clean the public area after the exhibition hall closed.
Please, keep the exhibition stands clean!
5. Exhibitors must arrive 30 minutes before beginning of exhibition. Leave after visitors left, for fear that the exhibits lose.
6. Please keep the luxury and personal effects safe. Exhibition will provide security service for 24 hours a day. The organizing committee still advises that everybody take your luxury effects with you. If something be stolen, please contact the organizing committee or the security department in time. The security department will cooperate with the police and investigate the affair. The organizing committee and the exhibition center do not indemnify for losses.
7. It is prohibited that the exhibitors dump excessive exhibits. The exhibits can not be put outside the exhibition booths.
8. It is prohibited to take any exhibits at the safety passageways such as the elevators and the landing of the stairs.
9. If exhibitors tear down exhibition boards, exhibition stands, desks and chairs, otherwise, pay for it.
10. If the exhibitor is not registered 24 hours before the opening exercise, and no explanation, the organizing committee has the right to make other arrangement.
11. No managing fake or poor quality commodities. If someone do it, the commodities will be seizure and be penalized.
12. If making propaganda materials, must be permitted by the organizing committee.
13. No smoking in the exhibition hall.
14. It is prohibited to carry inflammable and explosive dangerous goods into the exhibition hall, if someone do it, the commodities has the right to vacate.
15. The organizing committee has a duty to safeguard the exhibitors’interests. Any doubt and difficulty the exhibitors knock up, please connect the organizing committee.
16. The exhibitors must keep to the other regulations which the exhibition and the organizing committee request. The exhibitors should comply with laws, regulations and exhibition safety and other relevant rules. If someone who contravene the rules, will be disqualified from the exhibition, without refunding the fees paid. In addition, the penalty must bear the loss.
